Ansys SPEOS Optical Part Design Basics

Course Overview

This course explains how to design parabolic surface, aspheric lens from polynomial or automatic definition (for compact LED projector module, etc.) and Total Internal Reflection lens.

 

Prerequisites

  • A working knowledge of SpaceClaim
  • To have followed the courses Ansys SPEOS Getting Started.

Target Audience: 

Optical or mechanical engineers and designers for automotive or lighting industries.
