Hear about how AEDT continues to enhance the usability, accuracy, and speed of Icepak and Mechanical Thermal to enable Electrical and Thermal engineers to maximize success in their Multiphysics simulations.

  • Create a thermal design automatically and link Multiphysics workflow between Ansys HFSS, Ansys Maxwell or Ansys Q3D, and Ansys Icepack using AEDT 
  • Build robust meshes for complex geometries for both Icepak and Mechanical Thermal
  • Virtual Mesh regions with object offset in AEDT
