ANSYS CFX Customization

Overview

This course covers a range of skills and techniques for customizing CFX. Topics covered include the use of CFX Expression Language (CEL), and CFX Command Language (CCL). CCL can itself be controlled with embedded Perl, and user-generated models can be applied using User Fortran. The ways in which the software process can then be controlled using junction boxes and command files are presented. Parallel computing (or HPC) places some important considerations on customization, and these factors are also addressed in this course.

Prerequisites

  • Completion of the Introduction to ANSYS CFX Getting Started course is required.
  • Experience with ANSYS CFX is strongly recommended

Target Audience: Engineers and Designers

Teaching Method: Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge. A training certificate is provided to all attendees who complete the course.
