ANSYS Achieves TSMC 12NM Certification to Enable Next-Generation Electronics

New certification empowers faster, smaller and more robust electronic systems

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 12, 2017 – ANSYS, Inc. (NASDAQ:ANSS), today announced that its design solutions of ANSYS® RedHawk™ and ANSYS® Totem™ have achieved the completion of V1.0 certification for TSMC 12nm FinFET process technology to address customers’ performance, reliability and power demands.

TSMC’s certification of ANSYS solutions empowers mutual customers to conduct their designs for mobile computing, network communication, and consumer applications. Throughout the design process users can perform extraction, power integrity, signal integrity, reliability and thermal analysis to ensure product success.
