Defining RBE3 elements in ICEMCFD

The user needs to create BAR2 elements, where the 1. node of the BAR element is on the independent grid point and the 2. node on the dependent grid points. The user can either enter the weighting factor manually or let ICEMCFD calculate the weighting factor.
