The interface supports 2 methods for generating RBE2 elements.

Automatic specification of independent grid point

If you choose this method, the user needs to create BAR elements, where the 1. node of the BAR element is on the independent grid point and the 2. node on the dependent grid point. The translator creates a RBE2 element of all BAR elements within this family with the same 1. node. This method allows it to define multiple RBE2 elements for the same family. It can only be applied on edge families.

Manually specification of independent grid point

If you choose this method, the user defined node id is taken as independent grid point and all nodes of the family are taken as dependent grid points.  This method can be applied to surface and edge families.
