COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY
ANSYS, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course by notifying attendees at least ten (10) working days in advance of the course date. In the event of such a cancellation, ANSYS, Inc.'s liability is limited to a refund of the full course fee only. ANSYS, Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting to students or their employers relating to that cancellation. We, therefore, do not recommend the purchase of nonrefundable airline tickets. ANSYS, Inc. shall not be liable for any failure to teach scheduled courses due to causes or conditions beyond ANSYS, Inc.'s reasonable control. All ANSYS locations will send you a confirmation packet approximately two weeks prior to the course. This packet contains a confirmation letter, lodging suggestions, as well as, travel directions from the nearest airport to our facility. COURSE HOURS
All ANSYS, Inc. course hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Course check-in is from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM on the first day of the course. For course hours from your ANSYS Channel Partner training facility, please contact them directly
PAYMENT METHODS
Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards are accepted at ANSYS, Inc. for course registration payment. All training courses must be guaranteed prior to securing a seat in that specific course. To secure a seat, have your credit card handy or, a company purchase order number, when you are enrolling.
STUDENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Thirty percent of the full course fee, if the cancellation occurs less than ten working days prior to the scheduled course date.
