ICEM CFD Tetra can make periodic meshes automatically. It supports both rotational
and translational periodicity.
The setup is independent of the geometry, there is no need to set which faces are periodic with which, the user simply sets the Axis, Base and angle (or offset) and ANSYS ICEM CFD takes care of the rest
