ANSYS Airpak Course
Prerequisites
The course assumes you have no prior experience of working with any of our software.
Learning Objectives
Preprocessing - By the end of this course you should be able to:
create 3d geometries using ANSYS® Airpak®;
mesh 3d geometries using the structured and unstructured grid approach;
examine the quality of the mesh.
Processing - For a given problem you should be able to:
select appropriate physical models;
define material properties;
prescribe boundary and operating conditions;
set solver controls;
set up solution convergence monitors;
provide an initial solution.
Post processing
display and examine results.
Course Agenda
All topics are covered using a combination of lectures and hands-on sessions.
Lectures and Hands On:
Introduction & Overview, Building Models with ANSYS® Airpak®, Meshing, Physical Modeling and Solving the Problem, Post Processing, Transient Problems, Miscellaneous Topics.
