Description

Manage the generation of direct new business sales of ANSYS Software in the Benelux territory, working for the Sales Manager at ANSYS Belgium.

• Work with Sales Manager to define and implement a sales strategy.
• Develop and implement a sales plan for major accounts.
• Provide sales planning, forecasting and review to Territory Manager.
• Where required, collaborate with indirect sales channels.
• Leverage CAD vendors, hardware vendors and software partners to maximize opportunity.
• Ideally be based within commutable distance to the ANSYS office in Wavre and prepared to travel as required to visit customers.
• In addition to New Business sales, will be expected to actively engage in existing account management.
• Work with other members of the Benelux sales and marketing team to define the marketing requirements for the territory.
• And other job related duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

• Good sales experience, demonstrating a track record over at least 8 quarterly cycles.
• Self motivated with a drive and desire to win.
• Team player with ability to work with and motivate the reseller channel.
• An approachable character, somebody people would like to buy from.
• Engineering degree or similar (may be waived if candidate has significant CAE software sales experience).
• Excellent business acumen.
• Eligible to work in Belgium.
