Are you using simulations tools today but feel like you are leaving something on the table by not utilizing the latest and greatest optimization tools? Have you done optimization before, but it was so unwieldy to setup and run you swore it off? If you’re interested in learning about how to easily Optimize your product designs through automatic parametric analysis, please join us for this hands-on workshop.

ANSYS DesignXplorer is an integrated ANSYS Workbench application that leverages the parametric and persistent power of Workbench for parametric analyses, so you can efficiently explore, understand and optimize your design. DesignXplorer includes correlation, design of experiments, response surface creation and analysis, optimization and six sigma analyses.

The workshops can adapt to work with any ANSYS Solver technology, whether your solving Thermal Challenges in ICEPAK, Structural problems in Mechanical, and/or Electromagnetics challenges in HFSS.

In this workshop, you will do hands on examples covering the following topics:

  • Creating a design point study and running a response surface optimization
  • Setup an optimization problem with competing design requirements and how to optimize design based on trade offs
  • Complete a goal driven optimization study

Lunch will be served.

See you there!
