Fundamental Principles of HFSS

This one day course uses examples and exercises to provide a comprehensive understanding of HFSS. The course is intended for beginners and intermediate users and assumes no prior knowledge of HFSS.

Covers using the Ansoft HFSS Desktop features, creating and manipulating parametric 3D models, and working with different data types. Discusses boundaries and excitations, with an overview focusing on the practical aspects of passive device modeling and how to improve performance and productivity. Includes basic sections on 3D field visualization and high-level and low-level data manipulation. Includes optional sections: An introduction to Optimetrics.
