Ask the Expert – Electrical Power System Design, Modeling and Analysis Using ANSYS Suite of Tools
This webinar is focused on ANSYS tools for the design, modeling, and analysis of electrical power systems. We will demonstrate examples that use Simplorer as the central simulation environment at the systems level. Other tools that provide detailed FEA level power system component models into the Simplorer simulation environment will include RMxprt (for Motors and Generator), PExprt (for magnetics), Q3D(for parasitic extraction), and Maxwell (main FEA engine used for RMxprt and PExprt). An additional example will also show the coupling with other ANSYS thermal and structural tools.
