Confirmation of Boundary Conditions about Strength Analysis of Super High Pressure Kettle (Reactor)
Superhigh pressure kettle works in bad conditions such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosive medium. Aiming at the requirement for strength analysis of components of it, a new method about confirmation of boundary conditions is presented. Contact nonlinear and material nonlinear are primarily considered in this method. Contact pressures of screw thread connection and closing apparatus are successfully simulated, and then axial force curves on screw threads are obtained. On the premise of abovementioned boundary conditions being confirmed, analytical results of strength of the kettle can be obtained easily.
