About this Webinar

For imaging systems, the performance specification is often MTF (modular transfer function) at a given spatial frequency. This is especially important for systems with digital detectors since their intrinsic properties (size and resolution) dictate the resolved maximal spatial frequency. However, traditional methods of optimizing directly on MTF are challenging and computationally expensive.

Join Ansys Senior Application Engineer Christophe Weisse on October 12th to demonstrate how OpticStudio's Contrast Optimization capability solves these problems by providing an alternative method for optimizing MTF.

What You Will Learn

  • How to efficiently optimize your optical system based on sensor characteristics
